Cairns Property Office Southside have not looked after our daughters property ! she has been given a bad tenant and has not received any communication from the property manager with thousands of dollars worth of lost rent and now damages, which she was not notified of by the property manager! The admin staff completed the inspection ? Our daughter found the place damaged and loss of rent due to minimal money deposited into her account herself - 2 months on urgent contact was made to Lisa but no reponse yet again. She should of managed the property herself @ 21 years of age! This is extremely disappointing and a devastating experience for her. We recommended CPO to our daughter as we brought our home of Robyn and rented a property at Parramatta Park 2 years ago with no issues however we will def not be recommending them to anyone in the future!Ooooo to add to this - the neighbours have recently advised they placed numerous complaints to CPO Southside to advise of parties every day yet no contact to our daughter or any action taken - CPO have stated they have file notes to advise of timely contact wih our daughter - this obviously does not coinside with email or text correspondance recieved - WOW! What a joke! The neighbours have also stated the tenants were still there yesterday yet they apparently handed the keys back last week ??? It just gets better......Oh and their response 'claim it from your landlords insurance' hah!
